Directions for use (Facial Roller):

Wash face with normal cleansing products. Apply any creams or moisturizers to your face and neck. Use upward motions to move the facial roller gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area and neck. Close your eyes and roll gently over your eyelids if you have puffiness or bags under your eyes. Use the roller on your face and neck for 5 to 10 minutes. Use 4-5 times a week or as often as needed. Clean tool with a mild soap cleanser, dry completely, and store in a clean place.

Directions for use (Gua Sha):

Apply facial oil to cleansed skin. Hold the Gua Sha massage tool at a 15-30 degree angle and gently scrape along skin. Move upwards along the neck, chin, cheeks, under eyes, forehead and jawline. Then move down along the sides of neck to boost lymphatic drainage. Use 4-5 times a week or as often as needed. Clean tool with a mild soap cleanser, dry completely, and store in a clean place.

Keep the Facial Roller and Gua sha in the fridge and it helps to eradicate morning puffiness and refresh your skin.
